Katsina State Government says it has promoted 19,600 teachers as part of the effort to enhance teachers’ welfare and boost education sector. Katsina State Government has disbursed over N22 billion as capital Expenditure in the first half of 2017, Governor Aminu Bello Masari, has disclosed. The Nigeria Incentive Based Risk Sharing for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL) has announced a partnership with Katsina State Government to expand agricultural mechanization financing program and boost food production in the country.
