The Katsina state government has paid it grant to the Universal Basic Education Board over N1.42bn for the construction and rehabilitation of 373 primary schools in the state. Governor Masari made the revelation on the occasion of the first speech and price giving ceremony of Senator Ibrahim Ida Model primary school Katsina.
